The name Fìkh Ti-86g Khaq is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Ti-86g Khaq was founded by Ermp̪f̄ Ré̄̋g 'Ivory Robin' Goīsh Ca̋mēkī Jóō Trêgaresí, who was culturaly Constructi.

The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Fìkh Ti-86g Khaq's construction back out of the project. Ermp̪f̄ Ré̄̋g 'Ivory Robin' Goīsh Ca̋mēkī Jóō Trêgaresí pushed on reguardles, and Fìkh Ti-86g Khaq was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Fìkh Ti-86g Khaq was struck by an anomalously harsh winter storm which brought extreme cold and deep snows along with its blustering winds. The worst of the disaster struck The storm coated everything in a thick layer of ice and freezing countless animals, plants, and people to death. Fìkh Ti-86g Khaq lost 102 people, and 224 livestock in the disaster.. The disaster is remembered as the Agony Screams, after the sounds of the winds.
